Vampire's Vengeance Garlic Ice Cream
Ingredients
- 1-1 1/2 tsp unflavored gelatin
- 1/4 c cold water
- 2 c milk
- 3/4-1 c sugar
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 2 T lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 c whipping cream
Method of Preparations
Soak the gelatin in cold water. Bring the milk, sugar, and salt to a boil. Dissolve the gelatin in the hot milk. Cool, and then add the lemon juice and garlic. Chill the mixture until slushy. Whip the cream until thick but not stiff and fold carefully into the mixture. Freeze in an ice cream maker according to manufacturer's directions, or freeze in a mold, or a foil-covered tray. Serve with a rosary.

Spider Poke Cake
Ingredients
- 1 box white cake mix
- 1 pkg. green jell
- blue food coloring
- chocolate frosting
- 4 back licorice strips
- 2 big green gumballs
- 6 little gumballs
Method of Preparations
Prepare cake and gelatin according to package directions. Except use the 9" round cake pans for the cake. Cut a smaller circle out of one cake using it as the head. Fill the hole left over with the gelatin. Place the other layer on top and trip to shape.
To prepare frosting, in a mixing bowl, add blue food coloring to the chocolate frosting until black in color. Frost cake black. Then use the black licorice as legs and gumballs as eyes.
