Royal Icing
First Coating- You will need1 lb of icing sugar, ½ t of glycerin and 2 large egg whites.
Second Coating – you will need ¾ lb of icing sugar, ½ t of glycerin and 2 small egg whites.
Method of Preparation
Sift icing sugar during first coat. Now, pour glycerin to white eggs. Sieve icing sugar adequately and whisk well. Now, add rest of icing sugar. Icing must be thick.
Let the first coat of icing dry for 2 days.
Prepare second coat of icing similarly. Icing should be thinner as compare to first coat. |
