Making a felt angel ornament requires white felt, stuffing, strings, needle, buttons, paints, golden thread and small satin roses. Stitch the white felt in the shape of a pouch and fill it up with stuffing. Seal the open end. Distribute the stuffing evenly and divide the pouch into two halves, on smaller and one slightly bigger. Decorate the bigger part with glitters and buttons as it would form the body of the angel and draw eyes, nose, mouth on the smaller one cause that’s the face. Add transparent wings and attach the satin ribbon on top to hang it from the tree or the mantle.
As regards recipes, Snowman Cookies are a hot favorite and are sure to sweep you off your feet if prepared and presented with care and creativity.
Ingredients: -
· Vanilla Wafers
· White Frosting
· Raisins, Shoe String Licorice, Chocolate Chips, Pretzel Sticks
Procedure: -
3 vanilla wafers are to be used for each snowman. Lay the wafers in a row with edges touching in such a way that one be the head and the other two, the body. Spread white frosting on the vanilla wafers. Bring alive your snowman cookie by garnishing it with raisins or Chocolate chips for eyes, nose, buttons, mouth or Shoe String Licorice for mouth and Pretzel Sticks for arms.
Serve them with other goodies and candies or simply gift pack them and pass them off as holiday showers.
